1. These General Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional offers available through our Sites. Each promotional offer shall have its own Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions, which when taken together with these General Promotional Terms and Conditions shall fully govern the promotion in question. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these General Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the applicable Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions, the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions shall prevail and be overriding.

2. To be eligible to participate in any Promotion, You must:

• a. be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
• b. be legally entitled to use our services in accordance with Our Terms and Conditions;
• c. have successfully completed registration and opened a real money player account in accordance with Our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise specified in the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotions are limited to one per person, family, household, address or organisation or as may be specified in any communication to an addressed recipient or category of recipient and cannot be transferred.

4. Promotions are personal to you and cannot be transferred or utilised by anyone else. All activity relating to the Promotion must be carried out by you personally (unless otherwise stated in the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions), including but not limited to: payment in of any qualifying funds; completion of wagering requirements; and payment out of bonus sums and any winnings.

5. Bonus money in your account expires after a maximum of 30 days if not withdrawn in full beforehand.

6. If you try and withdraw before you have fulfilled wagering requirements, you may lose both your bonus and associated winnings.

7. You have elected to benefit from our promotion(s) and as such are subject to the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and these General Promotional Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept a bonus offer, you must contact one of our Customer Service Advisors via care@sportpesa.com and ask them to remove the bonus from your account. Cancellation of any bonus prior to completing the relevant wagering requirements will forfeit any pending winnings accrued. Cancelled bonuses and winnings cannot be refunded

8. You are strictly prohibited from participating in our bonuses and promotions if: (i) you are an employee or contractor of the Company, (ii) your employment with the Company ceased less than six (6) months ago; (iii) you are an immediate family member of an employee or contractor of the Company; or (iv) you are an immediate family member of a former employee or contractor of the Company whose employment ceased less than six (6) months ago. Immediate family members shall include, but not limited to, spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren.

9. Where there is evidence that a series of bets, placed by individual customers on the same outcome, are linked through a referring website, messaging service, arbitrage alert service or betting system, we reserve the right to void the bet and any associated promotion to those customers.

10. We may withdraw, suspend or amend Promotions at any time but shall however honor the terms of Promotions that have already been entered into by you before this change until completion of that particular promotional instance.

11. Promotions are provided for game enjoyment and to allow customers to experience or evaluate different products, games and/or features. We strictly prohibit the use of techniques which lead to: fraud; collusion; breach of any of our terms and conditions such as the opening of the multiple proxy accounts; manipulation of weakness with the intention of gaining unfair advantage over us or other customers. In such instances and after careful investigation based upon evidence deduced from such investigations, and in general where there are breach of the Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and these General Promotional Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses and associated winnings from customer accounts. Evidence of involvement in such activities or behaviors may include, but is not limited to the following:

• a. using multiple member accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• b. the exploitation or manipulation of any fault, loophole or error in our website or software, including but not limited to in respect to any game; and/or
• c. collusion between customers, deliberately cheating or other unfair behavior such as funding of customer accounts between a ring of colluding customers with the aim of increasing the odds of winning through use of promotions and bonus monies.

12. By participating in any promotion, you agree in principal to co-operate in all advertising, marketing and publicity material and activities we may arrange, subject to our obtaining your prior written consent for the specific use of your personal data.
